This week at school we had a
puppet show. We made Rajasthani puppets. First, we finished making our puppets.
Next, we watched Bollywood dancing. (We also danced to them.) After, we made a
dance routine and practiced. Then, we finally had our concert!!!
In math we learned different
ways to show one number. Example: the expanded form of 675 is 600+70+5=675.
In Language Arts we learned
the 3 “theres”. (There is, also their and they’ re or they are). We also did “Hamburger Writing” where we wrote
our own words about why the animal we researched should or shouldn’t be in the
zoo. We wrote a topic sentence, 3
details or reasons, and a concluding sentence.
Miss Stephanie (our guest
teacher) came in again. She talked about glass man. When you have a glass man
moment you fight or get upset at the smallest problems.
